What days and times do you deliver?

You can order online any time, seven days a week. We deliver Sydney wide 6 days a week - Monday to Saturday for a flat fee of $10.00. For Guaranteed next day delivery you need to order by 4pm each day. 

  • Sydney Delivery - Monday to Saturday $10.00

  • Out of Sydney Delivery - Monday to Friday $10.00

  • Same Day Delivery may be available for $17.90. Please contact us to check stock availablility

We will deliver your gift between the following times:

  • For Business addresses: between 10am and 5pm
  • For Residential addresses: between 10am and 7pm

  • We cannot specify a time of day for delivery.
  • Please add a business name into the company field upon checkout to ensure it is delivered by 5pm.


How do I check what surburbs you deliver to?

What time do I need to place my order by to receive next day delivery?

You need to order by 4pm for guaranteed next day delivery.


Do you ship outside of Metropolitan Sydney?

Yes we do Monday to Friday!


What are your office hours?

Monday to Friday: 9am to 6pm

Saturday: 10am to 4pm 

Sunday and Public Holidays: Closed


Can My Sweet Box cater for my next event or special occasion?

Can I customise a box?

Yes you can! Contact Us and we will put it together for you.


Can I add alcohol to my box?

Yes you can. However, gifts including alcohol can only be delivered to another adult who is not the purchaser.


When will my order arrive?

Your delivery will arrive on the day you have selected - Commercial addresses by 5pm and residential addresses by 6pm. Most deliveries are made by 3pm, however this can change depending on the drivers run. 

Some Sydney deliveries and all of Out of Sydney deliveries are made by a courier company between 1 and 5pm for Commercial deliveries and 1pm and 7pm for Residential.


Can I request a specific delivery time?

Unfortunately we do not do time specific deliveries. Please note if you leave time specific notes on your order, we take no responsibilty as we do not offer time specific deliveries.


When should I eat my goods? 

Our products are made fresh daily. We recommend that you eat it on the day you receive it.


I have a nut allergy. Can I eat your donuts?
We do not recommend that anyone with a nut allergy consumes our donuts.


Do you have Gluten Free options available?

Yes we do! We have delicious donuts and muffin boxes available.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Credit Card and Paypal. 


What happens if no one is available to receive the delivery?

The driver will leave it in a place he feels is safe and suitable.

If the driver has no other option, the driver will return the order back to head office and we will contact the customer to discuss the available options.


How much does a re-delivery cost?

If we can re-deliver the order on the same day then a Same Day delivery charge of $15.90 will apply.

If that option is not available, 50% of the order will be charged plus a delivery fee for the next available day.
