What days do you deliver?
We deliver Sydney wide, Monday to Saturday. We will not be delivering from Christmas Day till the 21st of January. We will reopen on Monday the 21st of January.
What are your shipping options?
Monday to Saturday - Standard Sydney Delivery $9.90 - We will deliver your gift between 10am and 5pm for Business addresses and between 10am and 7pm for Residential addresses.
Monday to Saturday - Priority Sydney Shipping $15.90 - PLEASE NOTE: PRIORITY SHIPPING is not Same Day Shipping. We are confident that you will receive your delivery on the day you select at checkout and if we don't deliver it by cut off time, you will receive a $50 credit note to use on your next order. We will deliver your gift between 10am and 5pm for Business addresses and between 10am and 7pm for Residential addresses. School deliveries will be made by 3pm.
Monday to Friday - Same Day Sydney Delivery $17.90 - Same day shipping is available for orders placed before 10:30am Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time will be delivered on the next business day. We will deliver your gift between 10am and 5pm for Business addresses and between 10am and 7pm for Residential addresses. School deliveries will be made by 3pm.
Christmas Trading Hours:
Office Closed from 12pm the 24th of December. Deliveries will be made until 5pm for Business addresses and 7pm for Residential.
Open for normal trading Monday the 21st of January. Pre order from the 21st of January by selecting your delivery date in the checkout.
What time do I need to place my order by to receive next day delivery?
You need to order by 4pm the day before for next day delivery.
Can I select a date for delivery?
Yes you can. You have the option of picking your delivery date when you get to checkout. Simply select the date in the Calendar in checkout and we deliver your gift on the day selected.
Do you deliver on weekends?
We deliver on Saturday's.
What are your office hours?
Monday to Friday: 9am to 5pm
Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays: Closed

Will my extras be added to my order?
All extras purchased will be added to the gift you have ordered. If for any reason we are unable to do this, we will contact you to discuss an alternative.
Can I track my order?
Yes you can. After you receive a dispatch email notifiying you that your order has been shipped, you can click here and enter your Order number in the Tracking field and you can view when the driver is on the way https://app.detrack.com/w/#/tracking/s/03267713046dca3c7723f1c0eca993484ed630dd
Can My Sweet Box cater for my next event or special occasion?

Can I customise a box?
Yes you can. Contact Us and we will put it together for you.
Can I make changes to my order?
Contact Us as soon as possible or by latest 3pm the day before your delivery to discuss any changes.
Can I add alcohol to my box?
Yes you can. However, gifts including alcohol can only be delivered to another adult who is not the purchaser.
When will my order arrive?
Your delivery will arrive on the day you have selected - Commercial addresses by 5pm and residential addresses by 7pm.
Can I request a specific delivery time?
Unfortunately this option is not available due to the large volume of orders. Please note if you leave a time on the delivery, we take no responsibilty in having it delivered by then as we do not offer time specific deliveries.
When should I eat my goods?
Our products are made fresh daily. We recommend that you eat it on the day you receive it.
Do you deliver to Police Stations?
Yes we do.
Do your Sweet Boxes have nuts or traces of nuts?
Yes they do. We cannot guarantee that a product will not come into contact with nuts so we do not recommend anyone with a nut allergy consumes our donuts.
Do you have Gluten Free/Vegan options available?
Yes we do.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Credit Card and Paypal.
What happens if no one is available to receive the delivery?
The driver will leave it in a place he feels is safe and suitable.
If the driver has no other option, the driver will return the order back to head office and we will contact the customer to discuss the available options.
How much does a re-delivery cost?
50% of the order will be charged plus delivery.
Is my personal information secure when I order online?
My Sweet Box is hosted on a secure SSL server. You can be assured of a safe and secure online shopping experience.
